Objectives come from, and are inspired, by your mission, your North Star you are navigating towards and want to achieve. Objectives are the goals that are the most important things you need to do to achieve that mission. They are the answer to these questions: what are the most important things I need to get done? What I need to start doing or changing? What does success look like? Objectives are significant, concrete action-oriented and ideally inspirational. When properly designed and deployed, they’re a vaccine against fuzzy thinking—and fuzzy execution.

Key results benchmark and monitor how we get to the objective. They are specific, time bound, aggressive yet realistic. On the same time, they are measurable and verifiable. You either meet a key result’s requirements or you don’t; there is no grey area, no room for doubt.

As your coach I guide you towards identifying your mission, your long- and short-term goals and your quarterly OKRs. We connect on a bi-weekly bases to measure your progress, assess what is working, what is not working and what was learned. Based on that, next steps will be decided.
